The return process is easy. Contact Danmats to get the return slip and insert the return note into the package. Place the return label outside of the parcel. Drop off at USPS service point. Notify us with the tracking number and you will get full refund within 5 working days after the return package is delivered to our warehouse.
We encourage you to repack it as the original form because we want to donate our bedding items in a good condition. If you have difficulty on repacking, you can put it inside the return bag.
